X96H IPTV box Ethernet connection issue

Hello,
I have correctly connected the Ethernet cable from my IPTV box.
It connects automatically to the Wi-Fi, and I can't find a way to connect it via Ethernet in the settings.
Could you give me a tip?

      The IPTV box is connected to the Orange box after checking and swapping the connections at the back of the box.
      The IPTV box refuses to connect to the box.
      The green and orange lights at the back of the box do not turn on when I plug it in.
