Smart IPTV Sound Issue

Hello,
I have a sound problem with the SMART IPTV app.
Every 1 or 2 minutes, sometimes up to 5 minutes, the sound stops working on the channel I'm watching (any channel). I have to skip forward or backward one channel and come back for it to work again for another 2 or 3 minutes before it stops again.

Is there anyone who has the same symptoms?

      I just found out that the source of the problem is the Smart IPTV app.
      I bought the smart STB, and it works great.
