Hello,
I have an LG smart TV and I'm using the Smart IPTV app to view my IPTV bouquet.
I had no problems until my subscription renewal. I keep getting an error message asking me to check the URL. But I have no errors on the URL.
I have fiber and didn't have any interruptions before. My IPTV provider even changed my username, password, and URL due to these issues. It doesn't change anything.
Do you know what this could be due to?
However, on my smartphone, the IPTV provider's own app works fine.
So I wonder if it might be a block at the level of my box.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hello
I had already seen this video and had done the process several times without success.
I wonder if I should try uninstalling smart iptv and then reinstalling it. But if I do that, do I have to pay for smart iptv again, or is my MAC address enough to indicate that I have already paid?
I am still looking for a solution.
Thanks

I can't make a decision for you, but if it's a well-known supplier's address, you can retrieve your codes and reinstall your app.
