Silvercrest headphones not charging anymore

Hello,

I have a problem with my Silvercrest STSK 2 G8 wireless earbuds. Although the case is fully charged, the earbuds won't charge anymore and I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me?

    Are they recent (2-year warranty from the date of purchase)?

    At Lidl (silvercrest), the warranty is for 3 years. If it’s less than 3 years, contact them or go back to the store.
