I7s TWS earbuds not charging

Solved

Hello,
I bought i7s TWS earbuds, they worked for a few seconds without any issues, then started flashing before turning off. I concluded that they need to be charged.
But how do you do that?
I put them away, plugged the case in, and the LED stays red indefinitely. I unplugged it, pressed the button, the LED lights up blue but goes off after a few seconds. I searched online, in the manual, and I’m honestly tired of looking and finding nothing that works. So if anyone has the slightest solution, I’m all ears.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

I found this article online:

Charging the earbuds
The earbuds come with a mini charging case and a mini USB cable. The case charges with any cable that has a mini-USB connector and any USB power adapter. When it is charging, it blinks red, and when it is fully charged, the light stays red but does not blink. Once charged, it allows for multiple charges of the earbuds.

To charge the earbuds, if the case is not plugged into the mains, you need to turn on the switch at the bottom of the case; it then lights up blue.

When you insert the earbuds, they also light up red; if the case is connected to the mains, the earbuds turn blue when they are charged.

When the case is not plugged into the mains and the earbuds are charged, both the case and the earbuds turn off automatically, as does the small blue light.

There you go.

Do the headphones need to be turned off to charge them in the case?

In any case, the headphones should not be connected to a device anymore. It's better to turn them off, otherwise the charge is useless. I also have the same problem, Itetsu, but with one earbud; it works but after an hour, the earbud is out and needs to be recharged while the other one is still functional. For me, the earbud is malfunctioning. But well, for the price of the headphones, you can't expect great quality...
