Bonjour, j'ai acheter les sikvercrest stwsk 3 a1 de lidl, mais impossible de les connecter à mon téléphone

Les LEDs de charge du boîtier et des oreillettes s'allument bien mais les écouteurs ne se mettent pas en marche quand je les sort du boîtier ni en restant appuyez sur le bouton. Je les est donc échanger en magasin mais le même souci sur ceux que j'ai la

Je ne sait pas si l'appairage doit se faire d'une autre manière ? Si quelqu'un a réussi à les connecter ?

Yes, it's crap, they lasted two weeks and I was really satisfied, and then suddenly without knowing why the earbuds emit a sound every 5 minutes, the same sound to tell you they're out of battery, anyway... it worked so well at the beginning and in fact, no....
