Unable to open files on xiaomi usb drive

Hello

I bought two Xiaomi USB drives, one 1TB and one 2TB.

Formatted in exFAT or MS-DOS, file transfers are successful, but then these files cannot be opened from the USB drive. An error message appears saying "unable to open the files" The file may be corrupted...

Can someone tell me what this situation is due to and what I should do?

    Hello,

    Formally speaking, I don't know what a Ms Dos format is; with a bit of acrobatics, one can format a key larger than 32 Go in FAT32 but which remains like exFAT a Microsoft format and does not change anything to the question.

    In essence, the question is probably still the same: the large capacity low-priced keys bought, notably on such a Chinese platform, are fake and have fake capacity.
