Hello,

here is my issue:

I bought a triple screen from Kefeya that I am trying to connect to my laptop running Windows 11, with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card.

I only have one HDMI port. As indicated in the instructions in this case:

on the right screen, I connected two cables:

the USB-2 to the screen and to my PC via HDMI

and the USB-2 from the same screen to the USB-A on my PC (this one works)

on the left screen, two cables:

USB-2 from the screen to USB-A on my PC

and USB-2 from the screen to a power supply with an external plug 5V/2A like a phone charger

the left screen does not work (it turns on then shows "no signal")

on the Kefeya website, no response...

when I try to detect it in my Windows properties, it only detects one.

does anyone have an idea? thanks in advance

    Hello
The feedback on this system is only favorable for those who have two USB-C ports; other types of connectivity are regularly criticized for being non-functional on certain (many?) laptops.
There are also issues with power consumption despite the adapters.

    Best regards
