My keyboard doesn't work on valorant

Hello,

I'm trying to play Valorant after seeing that I have all the necessary components on my PC, but it's impossible. Either the game won't launch and leaves me with only a black screen with the game's sound, or the game launches and I have sound and image, but none of the keys work, not even the mouse.

What can I do?
