My screen (PC) isn't displaying the full Sims 4.

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my computer screen when I play The Sims 4; the screen doesn't display fully, it's like it's shifted by about 3 cm and it's really bothering me while playing :(

    Salut, have you checked the game's resolution? That might be the problem. Look up your screen's resolution and set the same in your game under the video settings. ++ ^^
