    I propose to "check Windows" with the sfc /scannow command

    - Right-click the Windows Start button

    - Click "Command Prompt (Admin)" or "Windows Terminal (Admin)"

    - Type sfc /scannow (there is a space after "sfc")

    - Press "Enter"

    - Let the scan run to completion (100%)

    It can take a while...

    - Restart the computer

    Have you run sfc /scannow to check?

    Given the error message "failed to load library: gdiplus.dll" this seems necessary as a first step.
