Honestech 5SE: the preview window is always black

Hello, I installed the AUGUST VGB350 converter on my PC with the honestech 5SE software. Everything went well, I can capture images from a VHS VCR and my PC's camera, but during recording, I hear the sound but there is no image, the preview window stays black. However, the image appears when I switch to edit mode and you can see that the recording has gone normally.

I can't seem to solve this problem. Could someone help me?
