Astro A50 headset station not syncing/No sound

Hello,
I just bought an Astro A50 Gen4 headset, I followed about 80% of the tutorials in French and English and I can't get it to work, the station has 4 lights that are constantly blinking (I suppose it's trying to sync so it's normal that there's no sound). In case the blinking has nothing to do with it, my PS5 detects the headset whether as an audio output or even a mic.
I should mention that I also tested the headset on PC and I have the same problem (the headset is brand new).

The manual states:
"When the battery status is displayed on the dock, pairing is complete.
*Before first use, fully charge the headset."
So, in my opinion, pairing can only be effective when at least the leftmost indicator is solid, meaning 25% charge.
Full charge will be reached when all 4 indicators are solid.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.

What connection do you make between your PS5 and the headset base to get sound?

Update:
I managed to get the headset to work.
First, you need to download a firmware update software for the Astro A50 headset from the Astro website; the update will be done but not completely due to a bug.
Once that's done, download the app from the Microsoft Store to complete the update.
Once that's done, everything works easily!!
