Bluetooth headset not connecting to phone

Hello,

My Bluetooth headset (TCL ELIT400NC) is having trouble connecting to my phone (Redmi Note 11). I've had this headset for a few months and I've had no issues until today: my phone connects to my headset after a long wait, only to disconnect a few seconds later. I don't know if the problem lies with the phone or the headset. What could be the solutions to this?
