G435 headset not receiving sound

Hello, I got a Logitech G435 headset and I've connected it to my phone several times to listen to music.

I plugged it into my PC with the USB dongle provided in the box, and when I plug it in, I don't get any sound. When I check and run a test, it shows that sound is detected, but I don't hear it in the headset. If you have any information that could help me, feel free to write ;)

    Hello, I don't know if your problem is solved, if not, keep pressing the mute button and make sure your headset is in light blue; it should switch to 2.5es on the key, no problem.
