No sounds Schneider SCL141CTP

Hello,

After reinstalling Windows 10 32 Bit on a Schneider SCL141 CTP laptop, I find myself without sound. All the drivers are properly installed, but there is no sound.

Have you ever faced this kind of problem? If yes, how did you resolve it?

    Thank you, according to my research, it seems that the INTEL SST AUDIO DEVICE driver is causing the issue, but it is impossible to download it from the manufacturer's website. I did send an email about a week ago, but I have not received a response.

    Hello,

    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    Do you have a section --> other devices?
    If so, what is the problematic device?

    What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?

    Also, look for a device alert in --> System Devices

    Provide the hardware ID number of the problematic device
    EX: IntelSSTAudio,ACPI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F28&SUBSYS_104313A0
    Post the number in your next message.
