Hello,  I have a Thomson NEO14 computer, but I can't get any sound since its reinstallation.  Thank you.

Windows version? 1507, 1607, ......1809  Windows key + R Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.  Do you have a section --> other devices?  What do you have under sound, video and game controllers?  Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  Download this driver -->  Audio  Right-click on --> es8316audcodec....cab Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "es8316audcodec.....\"  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the device Update driver Browse my computer ...... Browse Select the folder of the unzipped driver -->  es8316audcodec..... OK, next Restart.
