No sound "No audio output device is installed"

Hello everyone and thank you for reading me,

After having tried almost everything, I'm reaching out to you: for the past 2 days, and I suspect this is due to a Windows Update (but I'm not sure), I have no sound on my PC (Lenovo Yoga 3 14'', I can attach a Speccy file if needed for the detailed config).

I tried:

- Troubleshooting the issue using the Windows utility
- Reinstalling the audio driver from the Lenovo site and from the Realtek site, but it ended with another error message
- Messing around in Device Manager
- Complete restoration of Windows with a reset of all files/configuration

But nothing worked... the message, in slightly different words depending on the program, remains the same (basically, no audio device is detected). If you have any ideas, I'm all ears. Usually, I can solve computer problems myself, but this time I'm stuck...

Thank you very much for your help

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 62.0.3202.94

Hi, open Realtek and right or left click, I don't remember, on the icons representing the audio ports (blue, green, and pink...) and select the option "connector retasking", assign the main output value to one and headphones to the other.

What do you mean by opening Realtek? Because it doesn't appear anywhere (neither in programs nor in the manager...)

Right-click on the Start menu and then select Search, type Realtek in the bar that appears.
