Phone not fully going to sleep

Hello,

For the past few months, I've been experiencing a problem with my Xiaomi smartphone: it never really goes into sleep mode, the screen doesn't display anything but remains gray.

I've already tried changing several different settings, and I don't know what might be causing this, maybe a failed update or malware.

Has anyone else encountered this type of problem and could offer some guidance?
