Black screen with cursor on Windows 10 startup

Hello,

My PC (LENOVO ideapad) had an update a few days ago, and since then, every time I start it up, once I've entered my password on the Windows login page, the desktop displays a black screen where only the mouse cursor is visible. Eventually, it does come back to normal, but it seems to take longer each time. Furthermore, I don't know if it's related, but since this update, I can no longer access the Intel graphics configuration center (it starts but doesn't open the software and keeps loading indefinitely).

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
