Hello,

I'm new here. I've been searching for long hours for a solution to my problem. Until recently, when (re)starting Windows (10), I was prompted for a Hello PIN as expected in Settings => Accounts => Sign-in options => Windows Hello PIN. I set this login security to prevent my children from logging in.

Now (I don't know why) at startup, my administrator session automatically launches without asking me for the PIN code (which is well defined in the settings, see above…).

Once logged in, if I lock my session, the PIN code will be asked if I wish to reconnect.

Strangely, the "Remove" option in the settings is now greyed out. I can only change the PIN...

Thank you in advance for any help you could provide. If needed, I can provide further details.

Best regards,

Seb

    Hello,

    How old are your children?

If it's not too personal, around what ages are they?
