Bonjour, mon compte le bon coin a été bloqué , voici le message qui s'affiche :Nous avons bloqué votre compte.Suite à une activité inhabituelle, nous avons bloqué votre compte afin d’éviter qu’il soit utilisé de manière frauduleuse.J'ai envoyé des mails au service le bon coin , j'ai un n° de dossier puis aucune explication . Je n'ai pas la main pour réactiver ni fermer le compte . Nous avons des articles en vente . J'ai pris peur, j'ai changé les mots de passe compte bancaire et mail . Aucune anomalie. pouvez vous m'aider ? Cordialement

We are in the same situation! We deleted our family account after my niece was threatened and even received one very disturbing photo! We never thought it would come to this for refusing to sell for €1! Leboncoin is doing whatever it wants! After deleting this account, we opened another one, the ad was accepted, payment of €14.90 was approved, then it was blocked! So, it was impossible to log in, resulting in the loss of the listing boost. We created another account, the ad was accepted and payment was also made, but then it was blocked. We didn't even have time to respond to the first message before it was blocked, and it's impossible to unblock it as Leboncoin claims! This site scams with total impunity, making blocks for no reason at all!!! Many of us are suffering under the dictatorship of Leboncoin; we really need to report this behavior of a site that blocks accounts without any activity!

Beware, this message could very well be a fake... especially if it asks you to click on a link... You shouldn't... you go to the site only by typing the correct address in the address bar yourself.
That being said, it’s normal for Le Bon Coin to block your account; after a few contacts with them, they will restore you based on an agreement between you.
-- There are plenty of smart ones (scammers) who come to invade other people's accounts... or want to steal login credentials...

Same for me this morning and I don't know why. I can't unlock my account myself. I'm not selling anything illegal, I haven't had any disputes with anyone, I've been with them for years, everything has been going very well, the reviews speak for me...
What worries me is that there is money in my wallet and ongoing sales... And they didn't even notify me to give me an alert, nothing at all, it's just blocked and that's it.
What's going on with you? Have you managed to recover your account?

I had the same problem yesterday and I also sent an email to the leboncoin service to have it unlocked, but I haven't received a response yet.
I wanted to post an ad, but I don't understand what I did wrong in the ad; I didn't list an illegal product or anything like that.
Did you manage to recover your account? And if so, how long did it take to get a response?
