Hello,

I am on an HP EliteOne 800 and running Windows 11 version 23H2.

Some time ago, I had a "SCREEN CAPTURE" icon that made my life easier.

Now I no longer have this app (maybe I did something wrong), but I am lost and struggling.

Could you please tell me how to find this app again?

Thank you in advance.

Have a good Sunday.

    Hello,

Yes, exactly in those applications, I no longer have the screenshot.

Reinstall the application ''snipping tool screen'', whose real name is '' Snip & Sketch''.

Microsoft Store ==► Snip & Sketch

If present on the PC; you just need to open it.

To add screen snip to the taskbar:

In the search box on the taskbar, type =►screen snip

Right-click on ''Snipping Tool'' =►Pin to taskbar

    ....

Hello, left-click on the start button (windows) a window should open with all the apps including the screenshot tool, then pin it to the taskbar if you wish

      Hello,

That said, Microsoft had gotten used to just repainting the dirty walls; Windows 10 has both the SnippingTool.exe accessory and the "new" application, but now, with Windows 11, for once, they cleaned up in favor of just the one application. I'm not a big fan of the concept (this is also true for the calculator, etc.).

For those who would prefer the accessory for one reason or another and who don't have a Windows 10 PC otherwise, just download the executable, for example, from here and copy it to System32:
