Harman Kardon GO PLAY Mini Speaker

Hello,

I have a Harman Kardon Go Play Mini speaker that won't charge. There is a light that blinks when I plug in the charger, but nothing happens. I've tested the charger, which works fine, and I've also replaced the battery, but the same problem persists.

Does anyone have any ideas, please?

    I'm following up, I have exactly the same problem despite changing the cable and the battery.
