Harman Kardon Go+Play speaker won't turn on

Here it is, my Harman speaker that I've had for 3 years has died 3 days ago, it won’t turn on after completely discharging it while listening to music. I left it to charge for a whole night, but no result. I charged it with another outlet and transformer for another night but still nothing. The problem clearly lies with the speaker, but is it the battery or another component? Are there other people in the same situation as me?

    Hello

    The battery is acting as a relay.

    If your battery is dead and you are still using your speaker plugged into the mains, remove the battery and reconnect the speaker to the mains.

    You will see that the speaker works again.
