Hello,

I just bought a HARMAN KARDON HS200 home theater and after connecting everything, the sound of the music in the films is perfect, but the voices of the characters during the playback of a Blu-ray DVD are not clear. Is it a bad setting? Or a bad connection? I can't resolve the problem. I have a Samsung LED flat-screen TV, and I've plugged the HDMI cable into the HDMI 2 ARC output. Can you help me?

    Hi,

This is just a bad setting, increase the "treble".

I already tried, I set the bass to 0 as it was at the beginning and the treble to 3 but there was no change, except that the bass box no longer works, so I reset everything to 0 as it was at the beginning :(

What speaker configuration? 2.0 or 5.1?
If it's 5.1, generally the channels come out of the center speaker. Try turning up the center speaker volume.
If it's 2.0, you need to properly configure the source to stereo; otherwise, the channels may come out of the center instead of the front, and since there's no center speaker, there will be no voices.

The more space there is between the stereo speakers, the larger the sound image becomes, which can create the illusion of a central channel depending on the listening distance.

The report is that the sound output in stereo can be "constricted" if the speakers are too close together.

The relationship with his voice problem, which is bad (while the music is good)?

      For the speakers, it's 2.1.

Ok, 2.1. Did you tell your HC about the configuration of your speakers? Because if they think it's in 5.1, I would say it's normal.

Appointment scheduled for Wednesday with a technician from the store where I bought the H.C. We'll see what he says because I believe the subwoofer is also out of order, and it seems that this happens frequently with this model :(

Problem solved, it was a misconfiguration (since the product reference should not have been taken into account) and a wrong connection because the manual was not explicit enough. Thank you to the customer service and thank you to you ;)
