I have 2 Joomeo accounts:
- one account I can access without any problem.
- another account I can no longer log into; I had used it until 26/05/2026. Joomeo tells me that 'this email does not correspond to any account'...
So I tried, with the working account, to contact Joomeo by clicking on 'Contact us'?
When I filled out the contact form and clicked 'Send', a small message appeared: 'x error'.
What should I do?
How can I contact them otherwise (email?)

You should check this with them.
Surely an issue on their own servers!
Try clearing the cache in your browser.https://bibliotheques.univ-rennes.fr/vider-cache-et-cookies-dans-son-navigateur
If you are using a VPN, please disable it.
Also try disabling all extensions in your browser.
Have you tried another browser?
