Harman Kardon SB 26 audio cut issue

Hello,

I have a problem with my soundbar SB26.

During a movie, there is a sound cut between the dialogues. The background noise is completely inaudible... which is annoying.

Is there a setting to adjust? I play my Blu-rays via the PS3, so I don't know if the problem might come from there...

    I'm experiencing the same issue as you with my HK SB26 soundbar.
    Did you manage to fix your sound cutout problem?
    If so, what was the cause of this issue?

    Hi,

    Try using another device such as a computer or a DVD player; if the problem persists, bring the soundbar to customer service.
