Hello, I had the same problem and today I found the solution. Since I print from my phone, I take a screenshot of the label, crop it, and print it from my phone, and it works—the barcode appears correctly on my Chronopost label. I bypassed the issue.
Have a nice day, Jeanne

This seems to be an issue related to your printer settings or how the Chronopost software generates the barcodes. It's possible that the contrast or print quality settings need to be adjusted, or that the barcode format used by Chronopost is not compatible with your printer settings. I recommend checking the print settings, updating your printer drivers, and contacting Chronopost technical support for assistance.
I turned the difficulty around by taking a screenshot and printing that image.
But I wondered if Chronopost didn't want to prevent home printing and only allow printing at the post office?
Hello,
just out of curiosity, what format do you receive these barcodes in?
Best, blux "Idiots will try anything.
It's how we recognize them"
Hello
If it goes through an image, it might be a matter of "characters" for the barcodes that are not available on the PC, those for Chronopost. I don't know which ones or how to install them. They might give you the information if it's for printing shipping labels.
Hello
Sampiero found a workaround with an image, it's going through the image.
I found that it’s probably the characters that are not right for the other formats, but I don't know which ones are needed for Chronopost. They are the ones who offer to print at home, I don’t understand why they would want to force us to go print at the post office after paying online. They could have blocked the images as well.
Thanks for the tip, it worked!
