Good evening

Fransat suddenly has no signal, not even on channel 0 of Fransat

I have done the manipulations, unplugged it and removed the card, which has been valid for a month

What to do, thank you in advance

    Hello,

    Unplug the wall socket for 3 minutes and then plug it back in... it will reset the TV and the decoder; if it's not built into the TV..??

    However, if your antenna has moved, you won't receive anything either...

    Are you in a detached house..? or a building with a communal antenna..? or on a balcony..?

    How long has it been working..??

      It had been working very well for 2 months, but suddenly there's no signal

      I'm in a shared house, so it's impossible to adjust the satellite dish, and dealing with the mayor is a hassle.

    My questions aim to understand your installation... and not the mayor's politics, which I have no control over.

    -- that doesn't stop you from unplugging the socket... or from knowing if there's a satellite dish on the roof or next to it... in that case, your neighbors should have the same problem..?? Is that the case..?
