Hello Snapchat, my account is temporarily disabled. How can I fix this please, it's urgent!

My account has been temporarily blocked

You can try to log back in by using the app or via the web by clicking here, and selecting "Unblock". Before reconnecting, check the reasons why your account may have been blocked, otherwise, it risks being permanently blocked.

Note: we will not be able to unblock your account for you.

Check with Snapchat they are the only ones who can restore your access snapchat.com/request.

For your information, here is what Snapchat says:

  • Your access to Snapchat may be temporarily disabled if you have attempted to log in too many times in a short period of time. If this happens and you are sure you have the correct login information, please wait before trying to log in again.
  • You may also be unable to access Snapchat from your device if we detect that you are using multiple Snapchat accounts, especially if one of those accounts has violated our terms of service. If this happens, you may not be able to use Snapchat on your device for an extended period of time. Please try logging in again later, and make sure to comply with our terms of service.
