Hello, 9 months ago to the day, my access to Snapchat was "temporarily" disabled. After 9 months, I'm wondering how much longer it will take; can I find out? What do I need to do to regain access?

Except that apparently, no one seems to have received any answers from Snapchat, hence my question to SamSam, the author of the post, to see if, like me, he can log in through his account on another phone (with the same IP address).
Technically speaking, I can't understand this situation where Snap doesn't block an account, but blocks a phone...

Thank you, but I have already seen this page and it doesn't correspond to the problem because it's not the account that is blocked. The account is still active; if you log in via another phone or a computer, it works, even from the same IP address as the "problematic" phone.
The crazy thing is that on the phone where we have an issue, we can enter any account name and completely fake password, and the response is always the same. Not even a message like 'This account does not exist' or 'Incorrect password.' It's really curious, and it only happens on this phone...
I will continue to search for an answer.

The message "account temporarily disabled" also appears when logging in, even though the account is not disabled at all. That's why I was asking SamSam, whose post is fairly recent, whether he could log in with another phone or not.
