Hello, I have a question. I've changed my box settings several times, I admit I've been a bit all over the place, but since then my connection has been really poor in terms of ping, although the download speed is still quite decent, I have 13 Mbps down and 0.80 Mbps up. The real problem is the ping of the Freebox Pop, which is mediocre with a ping of 30 to 45, whereas before I had 20 or even 10 while gaming, so I'm not sure what to do while waiting for fiber.

You have probably changed some settings that have affected the quality of your connection. I suggest resetting your Freebox Pop. To do this, hold down the "Free" button for 7 seconds until "Factory Reset" appears on the screen. This should restore the default factory settings.
