Freebox Pop Alarm Connection Issue

Hello!
I switched my Freebox mini 4K for a Freebox Pop in September.
Since then, despite the intervention of the installer of our Daitem alarm system and numerous calls to Free, we have been unable to get our remote surveillance to work. The alarm panel is unable to connect to the internet via an ethernet cable plugged into a wifi repeater that is connected to the box. This setup worked perfectly with the mini 4K!
Any ideas?

After weeks of waiting, our installer has come back. He reset the alarm by tapping on the keypad of the alarm control panel and now everything works! Thank you Brupala for your suggestions and comments.

Hi,
the SSID and the box's key are no longer the same; has the access point in client mode (what you call the repeater) been reconfigured for the new box?

Yes, of course! The repeater has been reconfigured to connect to the new network, its SSID and security key. Moreover, the repeater is connected to the internet and visible from the Freebox server.

Why didn't you take the pop repeater?
If you put a PC in place of the alarm, the PC takes an IP address and accesses the internet?

I have the pop repeater and have tried it, but it doesn't work any better. I haven't tried connecting a PC via Ethernet to the repeater...

We should also check if the alarm device is not configured with a static IP address.

I connected a computer in place of the alarm with an Ethernet cable to the repeater, and the computer connected correctly to the Freebox; apparently, the problem comes from the alarm control panel...
I have been trying to contact the installer for several days without success so far. I do not have access to the alarm...
Thank you for your messages.
