Freebox pop and freebox app

Hello,
Before asking my question, I read quite a few posts without finding my solution. I just got a Freebox Pop. I downloaded the Freebox app on my phone (Wimlite Wiko).
When I try to associate this Freebox with the app, I see the yes/no option displayed on the box, I press the button on the right (the side where yes is displayed) and I get the following message on my phone: "error retrieving configuration". I checked everything that has been said on this forum about this issue but nothing changes. I want to clarify that there is a small green padlock next to associating this Freebox with the app. Thank you for your help!!!

Hello, I called FREE. For the moment, we can record to the cloud from the player (100 hours for free). Remotely, you need to connect a hard drive or USB stick to the Freebox because currently, remote recording to the cloud is not available. Apparently, it is under consideration!

Thank you "yes but no", we cannot record directly on the player without having accepted the 500-hour option and there is no going back

And of course, we are not warned when we approach the 100 hours included in the subscription (and not free ;-) )

For the USB key, that's what I was telling you
