TV backlight issue with Vestel power supply board

Hello, could you help me?

I have a problem with my TV.

When I turn it on, the backlight flashes and then nothing.

I have sound and when I use my phone's flash, I can see an image.

I tested the output to the backlight (on the power board) at startup and I have 25 volts, then a decrease until it reaches 0.

Have you ever encountered this problem with a Vestel 17IPS62 board for a HighOne TV?

Thank you in advance.

Hello ph.bgn,

Aside from replacing the power board, I don't see any other solutions (I don't think you can repair it at home).

It can be found as a spare part, and your ability to do so.

Best regards!

but I have voltage and I have an image, sound, and indicators so I have electricity

on the board I tested the capacitors and they are fine

I have a doubt about the LEDs but they flash on startup

"My backlight flashes and then nothing": that's exactly the problem! The voltage is not regulated, it cuts out.

Very well! And which component on the board do you have in mind?

It's a Vestel 17IPS62

Not at all (unless you're an electronics engineer...).
Replace the card.

I prefer to change a capacitor, a resistor at 30 cents rather than the whole board for 30€.

But since I'm stuck on the diagnosis of the board because everything seems fine, I thought that someone might know the exact fault (which is apparently common).

Very well! But without the diagram in front of me, it's going to be tough....

I'm passing the torch.
