Hello,
I have a problem with my Philips TV, it works every other time, it will work for 3 days and then on the 4th day the screen is black. When I get close with a flashlight, I can see that the image is there but there is no light. I read that this might be a backlight issue. Could you please tell me the cost of the repair or if it’s not worth it and I should buy a new one. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I have already described here how to redo the backlighting ... at the back of the screen ... here we can give you advice, guide you on how to do it, but we do not provide quotes. The issue is not with spare parts, but rather with the time spent and charged ...
--- It's related to the model of the TV screen (we don't even have the TV reference) whether the lighting is LED or Tube ... and the fault could also come from elsewhere including the inverter transformers ...
And also finding a repair technician who would be willing to do this..?? in my opinion, very few people..
Impossible to give a price...
