ZX753V won't start anymore.

Hello everyone,

My ASUS Rog 7265NGW laptop (model ZX753V) has had an issue for several months.

Indeed, it won't start after playing a video game and only closing the lid instead of turning it off after finishing the game. It must be in a deep sleep state, but I can't get it out of it. I have followed several tutorials online, but nothing works... When I turn on the computer, the screen stays black, and there is no sound coming from the computer, not even the ventilation. The battery LED is orange, and a bulb shows a white LED when the button is pressed. Do you think this could also be a BIOS problem? Do you know where the BIOS battery is located?

I have had a problem with the computer's battery for 2 years; it only works when plugged in because the battery is dead and no longer holds a charge. I care about my computer, and it's really hard for me not to be able to use it. Can you help me?

    Hello,

    How is your computer connected at the moment? Directly to the mains without the battery?

    The error code I see is as follows:

    Solid orange: The laptop is connected to a power source, charging its battery, and the battery charge is below 95%.


    Flashing orange: The laptop is running on battery power and the battery charge is below 10%.

    We'll see.
