Omen computer won't turn on

Hello everyone,
first of all, I hope you are all doing well.
I’m writing on this forum because I am a bit distressed about my PC, an HP OMEN with an i7 8th gen, a GTX 1070, and 16GB of RAM.
Two days ago, when I tried to turn it on, it emitted 5 beeps, 3 long ones and 2 short ones, so I checked the HP website which mentioned a memory issue.
But yesterday it reacted differently, it turned on making a loud noise, got stuck on the OMEN logo for a few minutes, and then turned off by itself. After that, nothing, I couldn't turn it back on. I've attached a photo of the inside of the PC as well as a photo of the power LED which is lit.
I hope I have managed to explain my issue and I hope someone can help me.
I wish you all an excellent day and thank you in advance ????

Hello,
I don't think a technician can diagnose a failure just by looking at a photo (except for a burnt component or a disconnected ribbon cable).
The first clue suggests a memory module that needs to be reseated (if it has moved and the contacts are no longer making contact) or replaced (test the modules one by one, turning off the PC between each test).
The startup blockage, on the other hand, suggests a power supply failure or a safety shutdown.
In other words, unless a solution is provided by one of the CCM specialists, it is important to call a qualified technical support service if you are not a seasoned user who can disassemble and reassemble the components to test or follow tutorials found online.
Okay, thank you for your response. I will try that first, and if it doesn't work, I will go directly to a computer technician. Thank you very much :)
Hello everyone,
I would add to wear an anti-static wrist strap, connected to the ground pin of the outlet, (a real ground*), before touching the memory sticks.
* When I say "a real ground" it's because sometimes it's not really connected to the ground at all!
The anti-static wrist strap helps protect your electronic devices from damage caused by electrostatic discharges (ESD) that can occur during repairs. A good grounding is therefore essential. This strap connects you to the ground.
Happy New Year everyone!
