Internet connection outage SFR

Hello,

since the installation of my Red SFR Box (January 3rd), the 4 indicators are all green. The internet works when I am connected directly to the box via cable.

My TV is connected to the box via cable and works.

However, as soon as I connect via Wi-Fi with my phone or tablet, the indicators restart. It is impossible to connect to Wi-Fi.

When my landline phone rings and I answer, the same thing happens; the box indicators restart. And it's impossible to answer.

SFR tells me that I need to wait for the updates to complete following the installation.

Are you familiar with these issues?

      Either you wait for the updates or you ask SFR to change your box which may be defective.

    Hello.

    Restart your box by unplugging it from the power supply and then plugging it back in.

    Do new installation setups really take more than 48 hours?

      I don't really see the connection since the internet works via Ethernet cable.

      Apparently, the Wi-Fi isn't working on your box, so I lean more towards a defective box issue. As I mentioned earlier, request a new box.
