Sfr red blinking light, no internet or phone

Hello,
I have SFR (Red) fiber and since yesterday the @/online LED (internet access) is flashing and the phone LED is off. So I have neither internet nor phone.
Of course, I am not entitled to online assistance given the nature of my subscription (well done SFR) and I am only redirected to the online chat where their only advice is to turn off and restart your box while praying to God.
Today, by the end of the day, everything went back to normal on its own, but after 2 hours of use, everything failed again and went back to the initial situation.
Do you have any solutions or initial steps to sketch out a solution because I am at my wit's end.

You need to do a hard reset. For Free, I know how to do it. But for SFR, search on Google hard reset SFR fiber.

C'est alors de leur ressort à eux. Menace-les de changer de fournisseur et d'aller voir la concurrence, je peux t'assurer qu'ils vont faire quelque chose.
