Port forwarding on SFR box for uTorrent

Hello,
I’m having trouble opening the ports for uTorrent.
I’m using the SFR box.
I’m on Windows Vista.
I can download, but there’s a symbol at the bottom of the page indicating the following message: no incoming connection.
Under Kaspersky, the software is part of the trusted ones.

Can you help me?

    Thank you for your response.
    I checked the settings of Kaspersky.
    The software is on the trusted list.
    Can you tell me how to create an exception?
    When I run the connection test, the port being sought is 36186.

    Regarding the NAT service of the SFR box, I have opened this TCP/UDP port with the IP address provided in the test.
    Finally, concerning my IP address, the checked option is: automatic.
