Hello everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR

I turn on my computer (recycled) HP model Windows 10 and a red light is blinking and there's a fan noise; I vacuumed for the dust and it continues, thank you for helping me

    Do you have a picture displaying?

    If you bought it second-hand from a shop, there might be a warranty on it to check.

    Hello, no, there is no image and the flickering is quite frequent, and then the ventilation starts making noise.
