Anomaly on iScan Yoodool

Hello,

The mini scanner iScan Yoodool is acting up, showing a red "error" light even though I just received it and haven't had the chance to use it yet.

Maybe a subscriber has encountered this type of problem and can help me because right now.......

I read this:

led instructions:
Green light ----- scanning
"Green" light off ----- end of scanning
"Red light" - scanning quickly restarts, scanning.
"Red" light off ----- normal scanning.

PS: check if the batteries are good

About the portable handheld iScan. YOODOUL

Approach that seems to be an anomaly of the iScan:

Upon unboxing: insert 2 new AAA batteries

Instantly: The red light turns on and won't turn off despite various random manipulations

I attempt a scan: I hold down the *scan* button which lights up green for a few seconds and then turns off during the action. This affects the scanning. So everything is wrong and this red light is still on

I'm sorry for not responding to your help message about a portable scanner.

I received this defective product. I asked for help but ultimately I returned it as faulty.

I hadn't seen your message while I was abroad, and it's only now that I'm cleaning out my inbox that I came across it.

I am not one of those who ignore the support offered by the community, which is why I wanted to send you this message hoping you can forgive me.

I received this defective product. I asked for help but eventually I returned it dead on arrival.
