Hello,
Following a power outage and the change of the IP address by the livebox, I had to reinstall all the software as I could no longer print from my computer.
The problem is resolved but now the scan function from the Canon quick menu is not working anymore.
The scanning line is empty in some places and grayed out in others.
I have tried several times, the last time after disabling the firewall and antivirus. No luck, it still doesn’t work.
Can someone help me? Thank you in advance.
P.S. As a workaround, I have temporarily created a shortcut to scan a page through the right-click on the printer. But it doesn’t work to scan multiple pages at once unlike the quick menu.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 68.0.3440.106
