How to print a Bouygues return slip

Hello,
it's impossible to find how to print a return label for sending back equipment in my Bouygues customer account.
If you could help me, because I've seen messages, but what they recommend is not or no longer on the Bouygues site.

Hello Sir, yes I've seen all that and I've read everything, but I can't find anything on their site in my client area that would lead to printing a return label.
I'm still stuck, and I have a 1-hour drive to get to the nearest Bouygues agency, so no, financially I can't.
Moreover, I found nowhere on the site a way to send them a message or to chat, it's a robot and there's no way to reach a "human" !!
These work methods have become hell.

I am not familiar with Bouygues' sales methods.
As a subscriber to Orange and having just exchanged my box/TV decoder set, I had nothing to fill out online, but following a phone conversation with their customer service, I received an email with the return label attached to the email.
Since I cannot intervene or perform online actions on your behalf, and in the absence of other replies on CCM, you have the option to call the Bouygues agency you mentioned, whose sales representatives can assist you as they have access to your account, verifying your identity based on your phone number.
