Hello,

Following an automatic search, the displayed image is larger than the screen and the banners are cut off. How can I access option 6.6 described in the user guide to change the format?

Thank you in advance

    Hello,

How can I obtain option 6.6 described in the user guide to change the format?

It would have been helpful to send us the link to download the manual.

    Hello,

The image format in paragraph 6.6 of the manual on page 29

is set by positioning on Aspect Ratio normally on 16:9

    The manual https://i2.cdscdn.com/usermanual/notice-continental-edison-tv-led-hd-32-80-cm-2xhdm-CELED32HD22B2.pdf

Note: The Aspect button on the remote (above the channel change button) should, with successive presses, also allow you to change the image format. (see manual page 16).

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...

Thank you baladur13 for your help.

On the remote control, there is a button (24) named "Aspect" (page 16).

If you press it, does your TV offer to change the screen format?

    Thank you Panth33ra

Indeed, this aspect button allows you to choose the format by scrolling. Thank you very much as my problem is solved

Thanks also to baladur13 for the excerpt from the documentation. However, my device offers the image channel audio time settings lock menus but not configure. Probably a different version of the television.

The version of the notice is probably different...
The "Configure" or "Setup" is called, who knows, "Settings" on your end.

      Thank you for the feedback...

Indeed, the "settings" menu offers the same options as the "configure" section of the documentation. Congratulations on your intuition! And all my gratitude.
