Hello,

I was supposed to receive a package today, but the delivery person came yesterday when I wasn't home. They left me a delivery notice stating that I would be delivered today.

However, the post office website says: Your package cannot be delivered to you; it will be available at your usual pick-up point. What should I do? Should I go to my pick-up point?

You need to go to the pickup point or check with your mailman; we are unable to provide you with absolute clarity here on a forum regarding the actual location of your package, so it would be best to check with the post office.
