Thunderbird throws all that in the trash. That's where I fished the message out.

It should have been deleted, but one of Free's servers is down (once again).

Otherwise, I don't receive them too often.

You must certainly have a delivery tracking, and the best way to find out the reason would be to contact the company responsible for this delivery .....

Just so you know, if you have a tracking number for a package, I recommend this site

Universal and International Package Tracking

Very powerful, and with their stats analyzing couriers and suppliers, it even estimates when you'll be able to receive your package (although they don't take too many risks on that front)

If you're not expecting a package, it's probably a "phishing scam email" so forget about it and trash it, otherwise, well! as the other participants say, patience is the key.
