I have my Ricoh Aficio MP C2050 printer that is displaying error code SC397. I have already cleaned the drums and even replaced them, but nothing works. A technician came and opened the machine and indicated that one of the three motors is not functioning anymore.

If the engine in question is indeed defective, there's no miracle, it needs to be replaced or you should buy a new printer!

It's not strictly speaking a printer... Ricoh Aficio MPC 2050. It is indeed a photocopier that uses toner (B&W and color).
You need to ask RICOH to know the price including tax (or excluding tax) for the defective motor.
